By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over and that you accept these terms.
The contract
A listing is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. The contract starts when we send the dispatch email. If we cannot fulfil an item we will refund that item.
Prices are in pounds sterling. We are not VAT registered. We can correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
Age
We only sell to adults. We may cancel an order if we reasonably believe the buyer is under 18.
Delivery
Described on the Delivery page. UK postage is £4.95 per order. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave (or as the courier records).
Returns
Described on the Returns page. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Use of products
Follow the manufacturer instructions. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, or by using a product in a way the listing did not describe. Body-safe materials and compatibility (especially silicone lube vs silicone toys) are stated when we have the data — email us if a listing is unclear before you use it.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything the law does not allow us to limit.
For everything else, our liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for that product and its delivery. We are not liable for loss of profit, business, or any indirect loss.
Site
We try to keep listings accurate. Photos are of the product type; small supplier-image variations happen. Do not scrape, overload, or misuse the site.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, those mandatory consumer rules still apply to you.
