Packaging
Every order goes in plain outer packaging. There is no Great Sensations branding on the outside, no product names, and nothing that reads as an adult shop to a neighbour or a courier.
The invoice and packing list inside are discreet as well. If you need the parcel left to a particular instruction (safe place, neighbour), add it at checkout.
UK delivery
- Typical arrival: within 7 days of dispatch.
- Orders placed before 9pm, Monday–Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
- Shipping: £2.95 per order.
- We use standard UK couriers or Royal Mail, depending on size and weight.
You will get a confirmation email when the order is placed. Tracking follows when the courier provides it.
If you are not in
Couriers usually try a neighbour or leave a card. The packaging still will not say what is inside. If a parcel looks lost, email [email protected] with the order number within 14 days of the expected date and we will chase it.
International
The shop is set up for the UK. Email before you order if you need a delivery elsewhere — we will tell you honestly if we can do it.
Age
We only deliver to people aged 18 or over. By placing an order you confirm that.
