How we work

We pack it so nobody else can tell. Outer carton is plain. No “adult” wording, no product names, no shop logo on the outside.

We describe the thing, not a fantasy. Materials, size, charge type and who it is for, in ordinary English.

We have been doing this since 2014. Same shop, same idea: a straightforward UK adult retailer, not a mood-board brand.

If it is faulty, we deal with it. Sealed intimate goods are not a “try it and send it back” category. Defects and “not as described” are.

Yes. Plain outer box, no product names, no shop branding on the outside.

Do you ship in the UK only?

We are set up for UK delivery, £2.95 per order. Email [email protected] before you order if you need something else.

Can I return an opened toy?

Not for a change of mind, for hygiene reasons. If it is faulty or not what we described, email us and we will put it right.

Do you have a high-street shop?
